Investigators in Massachusetts are seeking the public’s help to solve a horrific mystery and identify a little girl whose body was found in a trash bag on the shoreline of a Boston Harbor island.

Though her remains were discovered last week by a woman out walking her dog, no one has come forward to report a child missing.

A computer-generated composite image of the girl—dubbed “Baby Doe” –was created by the national Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Another case of post-birth abortion? (The left’s new “right”. . .)

I hope this doesn’t become another Casey Anthony case, in which a mom disposed of an inconvenient child.

Prayers for the soul of the little girl.

There was another infamous “baby doe” case in NYC, an infant girl (also a girl) was found in a cooler, by the side of the road, somewhere in Northern Manhattan or the Bronx iirc.

The cops chipped in to giver her a proper funeral, and I seem to remember that years and years later they busted someone for the crime.

I’m hoping someone here can refresh my memory regarding that last part.

Can't even imagine how tough it must be to see the dark side of humans...day after day.

Reminds me of the “Boy in the Box”. Hopefully, they’ll find the scum who did this.

Yes, it’s a tough job to be sure.

I heard a former NYC cop interviewed on the NPR show “Fresh Air”, he was touting his book. I’m sorry that I can’t remember either his name of the title of the book, but you might be able to google around or maybe even find it on the NPR site.

He had some crazy stories, but one that was very sad was about being called to the site of a young woman who had died (I think of a drug overdose) in the summer, she’d been dead for a couple of days. Her mother had missed her and was there at the scene. The mother was DETERMINED to go in and see the daughter’s body, but this cop (who was really just a rookie if I’m remembering this right) was just as DETERMINED that she was NOT GOING TO DO THAT.

He was figuring he’d arrest the mom, even, but it did not get to that point.

A very difficult job, and not even just the dangerous parts. I think any job where you are really dealing with people and their problems is hard.

I remember that case from “America’s Most Wanted”.

Someone on youtube made this video about him.

WOW....so incredibly tragic.

I had wanted to be a psychologist when I started college until I realized that listening to people’s problems everyday wouldn’t be the greatest life. Instead I got married and we started a construction company and hundreds of employees later I think it wasn’t all that different from psychology - except better money.
