Trump wins open primary states with Democrat voters. Cruz wins closed primary states with only Republican voters.

The Republicans still have to get voters out to the polls in November.
If we get a McCain w/no flame, good luck. The GOPee will have won the battle, only to lose the war.

Michigan is Tuesday. Big state for delegates. I don’t know anyone who likes Cruz.

I love it when this is proclaimed. It leads to new highs in the polls.

I think this is all a little premature. He’s won one state so far today. It’s not even 8pm yet.
The GOPe is desperate and eager to see Trump slowed down. Who knew they had so many supporters?

The big question is, will Trump’s supporters shift to Cruz if this is indeed it or will things turn even uglier. I don’t think this is it though.

One state, Kansas, is not a game changer
Maine, only has 2 of the 22 counties reporting and the Cruz “lead” is very small (as of posting)

If this were true, and I don’t believe for a second it is. cruz would be the front runner and would have to start answering some tough questions. Like if he believes that the voters of Texas had a right to know he was a Canadian citizen before electing America’s first Canadian United States Senator. Or about his TPA support and corker bill vote.

If Trump is not the nominee for GOP, the vote turnout will be worse than Romney in 2012. There are fewer voters willing to vote for the conservative label than for the dems and their free phones and goodies. Most GOP is not interested in a conservative jihad. The election is over. Say hello to president Hillary.

Trump will continue to win states with open primaries because a lot of dems are crossing over to vote for him. A lot!
The important question is this: are dems voting for him now because they actually want him to be president or are they Clinton supporters and simply feel Trump is the weaker opponent.
