Bill Still shares correspondence between his wife and "John Doe" - an ex-Cruz staffer who resigned over the Ben Carson vote theft issue and Amanda Carpenter's involvement in it, and says "it's 100% true that he has affairs", and that Heidi told the staff "to not concern ourselves with it".

This gives some of the backstory in how “John Doe” initially started tweeting about the Carson dirty tricks back in January, but then went quiet until March 26. I think the personal correspondence is more compellling than the twitter exchange but both support the same narrative.
And to my ear, the guy doesn’t sound disgruntled, as he quit the Cruz job where he was paid over $3500 per week, which would be sufficient to overcome a certain amount of “gruntle” for many folks. I guess he figured with his experience he’d have no problem getting another job.
