Myth Debunked: Cruz Is Not on the DC Madame List, You've Been Lied To
D C Gazette ^ | 4/5/2016 | Lindsey Bruce

Posted on 04/06/2016 11:46:17 AM PDT by conservativejoy

Silly rumors are being spread about Ted Cruz with no proof to back them. This time the claims are that Ted Cruz’s name appears on a secret list of clients of a D.C Madam from 30 years ago. Well, that has been 100% DEBUNKED!

The whole thing started when a lawyer who despises Ted Cruz threatened to release a list of “clients” phone records. The lawyer, Montgomery Blair Sibley, actually LOST his license for ridiculous stunts like this.

This is also the same lawyer who challenged Cruz’s eligibility to run for president years ago saying,

” Assuming Cruz is a citizen, and it’s not certain he is, under no circumstances is he a natural-born citizen, because his father was not an American citizen at the time of his birth,”

“It doesn’t matter that he was born in Canada,” Sibley continued, “he would be ineligible to be president if was born on the Washington Monument, as long as he only had one parent who was a citizen.”

It’s safe to say that Sibley has had it out for Ted Cruz for years. Not to mention Sibley is actually mentally unstable. He claims to have software that would trigger a mass release of files within 72 hours to news outlets if he “disappears”. Yeah, THAT sounds like a guy we should believe.

As much as the liberal media, and certain Trump supporters, would love to say this story is true, it isn’t. Ted Cruz’s name does NOT appear on a “client list”.

The list, which the hacking group “Anonymous” claims to have released, doesn’t have any names on it at all, it doesn’t even have valid numbers to connect to Cruz. The ONLY thing the list shows is that someone called a number from Texas! THAT IS IT!

The Trump campaign has been trying to smear Ted Cruz with a sex scandal for weeks with absolutely ZERO proof to back their claims.

The website Cannonfire totally exposes how fraudulent these claims are by pointing out a few problems.

466-madam-call-list-940“Some of the calls do indeed come from Texas. But so what? The list includes calls from all over the country. Why should we believe that the calls came from Ted Cruz? Look at the image (to your left): We do not even have the actual Texas number; all we have are numbers in DC and Maryland that some unknown party in Texas had called.”

So far, the “sex scandal” is a list of calls from somewhere in Texas that have no connection to Ted Cruz whatsoever. I know facts don’t matter to Cruz haters but in this case, they are pretty damn important.

Don’t fall for liberal lies and please do the research before just believing everything you read on the internet.

There is a requirement to disclose the terms of those loans to the FEC which he is still refusing to do. I think Cruz’s issue with campaign loans is nothing like your example of an innocent guy not talking to cops. Cruz has no right to conceal campaign loans from the FEC, which is what he did. The Cruz campaign refuses to deal with FEC auditors and is instead dealing with the FEC enforcement division. Cruz is pursuing this strategy because it delays the release of any potentially embarrassing information until after the election. I think it is pretty clear that Ted Bush is a crook much like his new BFF Neil Bush, get over it.

Oh, I saw what you said. I was just using your words to emphasize that you are still siding with a slanderer who is making a patently stupid, sour-grapes accusation with no support whatsoever.

And puh-leez don't throw up a phony defense to try to ignore my point just because I shouted in my text. You need to notice--somehow, some way, and [furthermore] loud and clear--that your guy is a slanderer at the very core of his being. Trump incessantly makes patently stupid, even obviously sour-grapes accusations against opponents without having any support whatsoever.

And you politically bloodthirsty Circus Maximus FRumpsters can't even figure why the majority of Republicans oppose Trump? Heck, we Constitutional conservatives find Trump to be a loathsome RINO, not Cruz.

The list that has been going around the internet, the one pager with the highlighted calls from Texas, looks very questionable. That is not the list that Sibley is threatening to release. That list has not been released. If Sibley hates Ted Cruz so much, then it is likely that Ted Cruz is the candidate who would be harmed by release of the list. We will find out when and if Sibley releases the list even though the court has ordered that it remain sealed. Only Obama and democrat operatives are allowed to know what’s in such records, and only they can threaten to release them!

No, the Ashley Madison leak had a number associated with Ted Cruz on it. That was a separate matter. I haven’t read where Ted denied that it was his account. Maybe he did. I can’t imagine that a man of God such as Ted would have an account at Ashley Madison, or utilize the DC Madam, or even carry on with Amanda Carpenter. It is just not possible.

Even more republicans oppose Cruz if you look at vote totals and delegate counts so far. I do not want to engage in a conversation about Cruz’s (lack of) ethics. My point is that Cruz has a history of violating FEC rules and regulations. I would not be surprised if what Trump said was true and Cruz was violating FEC rules and regulations again. He has done it before. I do not think it is slander to suspect Cruz is once again violating FEC rules and regulations, given propensity to do so.

“Can you prove you’re not on the list? “

Which is why you don’t answer questions like are faithful to your wife? You say yes, the next question is, ok, so who have been unfaithful to?

Trump was caught on tape speaking to voters and shaking hands right outside a polling place in Wisconsin yesterday in violation of state law.

Got a source for that? Thanks in advance...

Ted wearing same suit coat that Amanda Carpenter wore seductively in the photo she posted on Twitter showing off her tattoo which matched the one he showed off that same morning on television.

////Since the tabloid crapola is still being posted on FR, thought we needed the rebuttal.

It is only Trump supporters on line who pretend to believe this crap. There are no issues to attack Cruz on, he can vocalize his views clearly as he has core principles and values. So this and NE are the only thing they have left. Of course coming from the Trump camp the majority of republicans immediately discount it for what it is.

Well that’s why the list needs released. It’s either Cruz, trump, Kasick, Clinton or Bernie on the list.

Or no one. Sibley, who has been disbarred for dishonesty in multiple jurisdictions, has zero credibility in my book. Moreover, he is legally not supposed to have the phone records at all, since he was supposed to have turned them over to the madame's new lawyer when he was replaced as her lawyer.

Well, look. Here's one for the FR research arm.

According to that anthology of the compiled knowledge of the universe, aka Wikipedia in their article on Deborah Jeane Palfrey, aka The DC Madam, those records have already been released.

Quote:
On July 9, 2007, Palfrey released the supposed entirety of her phone records for public viewing and downloading on the Internet in TIFF format, though days prior to this, her civil attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley had dispatched 54 CD-ROM copies to researchers, activists, and journalists. Senator David Vitter (R-LA) acknowledged on the night of July 9 that he had been a customer of her escort service.

So maybe someone should go find either the .tiff or one of those CD-roms. Seems that once something hits the internet it never disappears, and 54 cd-roms must of certainty have become pregnant and birthed multiple children over the years. Shouldn't be too difficult to make one or the other float to the top of the pond.

That would certainly disspell or verify any current rumors, wouldn't it?

Video of Senator Cruz leaving a hotel that houses the most popular restaurant for Congress, the Capitol Grille. Big deal.

It went nowhere when Rubio was shopping it around. It had to be given to Trump’s good buddy, Pecker, to put it in the NE and use another Trump operative, Stone as the only named source. No matter how you spin it, Trump’s stubby little fingerprints are all over it.
