This is a great Warriors team IN-SPITE of starting Harrison Barnes. He was an overrated choke artist at UNC and he’s an overrated choke artist for the Warriors. Warriors need to trade him. Even though they had a lot of injuries I think dey wuz robbed by the refs. No way in hell Curry should have been kicked out of the game the other night and no way Green should have been suspended for the 5th game. A healthy Warrior’s team dominated this same Cleveland team in the Regular season. I suspect James is going back to Miami but if he stays with Cleveland look for them to meet again in next years finals. So now James is 3-4 in NBA finals in 13 years. Bill Russell won 11 NBA titles in 13 years with the Celtics. MJ was 6-0 in the finals, never going to a 7th game. Magic Johnson won 5 titles in 9 NBA finals in 13 years with the Lakers. With all the certain talk to come about James being the greatest basketball player who ever lived remember those stats.

Stranger things have happened, especially when Art Modell decided to outdo Irsay at being unwelcome - even past death. Pittsburgh had welcomed Browns fans for a while after that happened.

Ditto...the only foul was tackling and broken bones.

Curry wasn’t “kicked out.” He fouled out in game 6. And it was near the end and really didn’t affect the game.

What’s funny is that I’m usually the one rooting for the team that hasn’t won in a long time, especially if I have no favorite team in a sport.

But, that whole thing with Lebron and the “Decision” forever turned me off to him,. He’s a punk.

As for Cleveland and Ohio in general, I really hoped they would win something without him.

As a Buffalonian, I wouldn’t care if Judas Iscariot played Tight End on my team, if we won a championship.

Warriors lost as many post-season games as regular season games

[Look its nothing more than the WWWF. If the refs call it even Cleveland loses by a lot.]

Congratulations to the Cavs. I’m with you though. A replay by the NBA would show the refs favored the Cavs.

I hear ya.

Hmmm, Cleveland finally wins and Cubbies are in the hunt?

Large Dem cities of long led depression/misery, finally “winning”, overcoming such huge obstacles. Any bets on Detroit Lions this year?

My goodness, Obama’s America...build a another face from a “new mountain”. Any guess where will it be?

You haven't been to Cleveland in a long while, or have you ever been? I could tell you about the national park on the city's doorstep, the NASA research facility where my daughter interned, the world class museums, a symphony orchestra normally ranked third or better in the world, the fraction-of-any-similar-size-northern-city cost of living, the number one cardiac hospital on the planet (two former kings of Saudi Arabia used to fly in and take a secured floor for weeks of surgery and post-op), the forests surrounding the city and the metro park system within, about a dozen colleges and universities within 20 miles of downtown, some of the best suburban and private schools in the country, etc. But hey, I'm sure where you live is just perfect.

Back to sports, there are only two cities with sports fans who can appreciate how we felt before tonight and how we feel now. And those are fans of the Chicago Cubs and the Boston Red Sox. We can tell the former to keep trying and never lose hope. And the latter knows what it's like to go from Bill Buckner to being down three games and winning four straight from the Yankees to reach and sweep the Series. Of course, those cities had other championships, in football, basketball, and hockey. We didn't, so for us this is really sweet and we're going to enjoy it for a long while.

LOL...orchestrated...yeah sure. Curry just plain got doubled and harassed and they became a 4 man team. Bogut?...Nobody said a word last year about the injuries we had. It was all about the splash brothers..they were drips this year. Draymond Green had a nut fetish. Kept wacking people in them. Get over it....he got what he deserved and Cleveland got what they deserved. A Championship.

Ah, yes. Buffalo Bills. I can sympathize. I’m a Miami Dolphins fan since the seventies. I can tell you what though. If Dan Marino had run off to another team looking for HIS championship and then come back to Miami, I would have never watched or rooted for him again.

Cleveland sold their soul to the devil as far as I’m concerned. Lebron gave them a big ol FU and then got homesick and wanted to come back.

It’s kinda like the battered wife taking back her husband when he shows up with flowers and candy and an apology.
