"Evolution has its place in this relatively rapid life form expansion and the key is oxygen gullible humans." Easy one.

Well, you’re coming around a bit. You used the term “life form expansion” and didn’t say everything happened in 6,000 years.

Amazing that seemingly intelligent people would believe that all of this was just random chance.

I saw a documentary on animals that lived during the Ice Age. They were incredibly, amazingly huge. I suppose that all those huge animals passing gas caused the climate to heat up and melt back those ice sheets.

Evolution and a divine creator are not exclusive. I believe that many religious people are uneasy with the concept of evolution because it makes them feel smaller and God more remote over vast gulfs of time. But what would infinite God do, would he create a university that constantly had to be molded and shaped or would he create a universe where the very rules written into it naturally led to galaxies, suns, planets, and the rise of life and his children? When scientific study shows us how atoms naturally organize to more complex molecules and crystals, how the different states of matter interact together, it is natural to me that the rise of life is just further down that continuum of matter's self-organization.
And as life arises naturally, would not the immortal soul also naturally come into being as life evolves closer to the creator's image? What is 20 billion years to the Infinite, the Alpha and the Omega? Evolution and scientific discoveries do not diminish God, the fault is in us when our weaknesses lead us to feel small and unimportant in the vastness and age of the universe and the further revelation of God's greatness.
There are many accounts of how our greatest scientist become firm believers in a creator the more their research reveals to them and the more they realize how little they know and how awe-inspiring the universe is.
