Great stuff for cooking with. A pinch in an omelet adds nice depth of flavor.

I take it as on oil mixed into water. Oil extraction maybe? 22 drops in 5/8 ounces of water. Does wonders for stomach miseries! I get mine in an eyedropper bottle from The Vitamin Store.

Add black pepper. It aids absorption.

My generous use of curry in cooking must be helping me? Main ingredient in curry powder is turmeric.

Be careful taking Turmeric if you have occasional afib.
It can make it go from occasional to frequent.

Nick! Thanks for posting!
Another reason to keep taking this and using coconut oil.

Golden Milk is also a very nice creamy, yummy before bed drink that uses Tumeric and often ginger. Most call for coconut milk. But you can use cow’s milk if that is your preference. Some use honey. I use non alcohol, liquid Stevia as I don’t do sugars. Google some recipes for it an be sure to steep for 10 minutes to smooth out the bitterness of the Tumeric. Just YUM!! It will also help you sleep. If calories in the coconut milk are an issue you can most likely use a nice Almond Milk as well.
