A stuntman who worked on the USA Network series “Shooter” sued series star Tom Sizemore and Paramount Pictures Corp. Friday, claiming he was struck and seriously injured by an SUV driven by the allegedly drunken actor last summer.

Steve DeCastro and his wife, Carly DeCastro, are the plaintiffs in the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit. They are seeking unspecified damages on allegations of negligence, unusual risk, battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and loss of consortium.

I understand Tom Sizemore is one of the biggest losers in Hollywood. And considering the competition, that's a pretty low bar.

He was good in "Black Hawk Down." Haven't seen him in anything worthwhile since.

"Trial was held in Division 186 of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Los Angeles."

"In a moment, the results of that trial."

“He was cool in Saving Private Ryan”

Very cool!! He is perfect for a role like that. Too bad his drug issues hold him back.

If you watch “The making of Saving Private Ryan” they say that Spielberg warned him that if he didn’t straighten out his drug issues he would replace him on the film.

So why the hell is Paramount a defendant, other than deep pockets?

Sgt Horvath and Private Jackson were my two favorite characters in “Private Ryan”.That the only thing I’ve ever seen Sizemore in.
