There should be the Mother of All Class-Action Suits against the various state lotteries that sell scratch-off games.
Universally, the games on the cards look much easier to win than they actually are. The symbols and numbers are not printed randomly, as one might assume, but rather, a certain number of winners are printed. Your odds of winning are determined by the number of winning tickets printed, not on the particulars of the game.
This is deceptive, and should be actionable.
