Drugs are free or low cost at the V.A. depending on what category of veteran you are and you get them right there. Most emergency rooms don’t dispense prescriptions and it is up to the patient to pay for them at the drug store. See the difference?

That's true but they are not that low cost if you are a vet with 2 years service, non-combatant: a flat $8.00 for a 30-day supply of a generic drug.
