Las Vegas police say they are investigating a burglary at a high-end retail store inside the Bellagio Hotel and Casino. Police said in a statement on Saturday that a preliminary investigation suggests that at least three people entered the store and one of them fired gunshots. No one was injured and a suspect was taken into custody.

Could be an inside job....for insurance purposes.
Does anybody actually shop at those places?
I was there last month. I had to walk past all those shops to get to Starbucks. I wouldn’t buy anything from them even if I could afford it. Really ugly stuff.
I’m surprised this doesn’t happen more frequently there. Just outside of these shops, at the edge of the Bellagio Fountains, hiphop street dancers perform, drawing at least a couple of hundred for an audience after each fountain show.
Volatile mix.
It’s like bringing South Central to the entrance of Rodeo Drive.
Most likely he hadn’t thought his cunning plan out.
A rapper looking for street cred at the Bellagio?
When I was there we saw a homeless man that I really thought was Charles Manson except that I knew he was in prison. The guy was spending all his time in front of the Bellagio by the fountains.
Try driving down to downtown Vegas, Fremont St..the homeless are everywhere & the neighborhoods are even scarier.
Probably these perps are merely some Russians who are frustrated that they couldn’t influence our election.
Celebrities. We've talked with staff at one of the major clothing stores at Crystals Mall at Aria. Many huge headline names come there and charge absurd amounts for designer apparel. And there are the usual collection of wives and girlfriends (sometimes shopping together) of Middle Easterners, Russian mafia, Chinese factory owners, and L.A. drug dealers who keep the Las Vegas economy afloat even in the worst of economic times. :)
Those stores aren't intended for Middle Americans like us with a modicum of sense. They are strictly going after impulse purchases by high rollers.
