Not quite enough information in these photos and videos. If the Texas video was pointed east and the Louisiana video was pointed west, then they might be the same event. If both were pointed away from each other, then they would be demonstrably different events.

Looks like a possible satellite.
I saw something similar in the Oklahoma panhandle in the early 2000s.
Looked like a hugh train on fire slowly going down a mountainside that wasn’t where any mountains existed.
Slow moving.
Bright fires.
Left a long trail.
