Screwed again

We have been had again. We are told when we get the House, the Senate and the Presidency we can get this country straightened out. Well we see what is happening, NOTHING, just the same old thing.

As the Democrat party swings hard left the Republicans are whining, " We just can't do anything because of the Democrats." That is just BS of the highest order.

What we have in the Republican party is a harem for the K Street crowd. Bought and paid for by the money they thirst for daily. Political whores doing exactly what the K Street crowd tells them to do. The American people that they lie to so well can go to hell because K Street wants this done so we will follow orders.

Sick and tired of the crap coming downhill from the people we elect to represent us not the K Street crowd that waves dollars in front of them. These people are with no doubt just whores waiting for the next favor they can do for for their masters.

I used to tell my kids when they whined that they couldn't do something that "can't" was simply a way of saying "won't" and this applies directly to the crap we are seeing from our so-called representatives.

Unless many districts do what mine did and Cantorize their weasel nothing will change.
Electing people who wear R jerseys just because they wear R jerseys is why we have so many Democrats in R jerseys obstructing President Trump, and us.

WE have to drain the swamp of the R jersey wearing Democrats.

Flake, Corker, Hatch and Heller must be removed from office in 2018 or they will vote for another Gang of Amnesty bill.

Pubbies cannot, and do not really want to, shake their minority mentalities.

They wandered in minority status for 40 years. They got to liking it because they didn’t have to work as hard as the majority and they still got a turn at the money troughs.

Even as the majority, they bend over backwards to the Dems, who do not return the favor when the status is reversed. They want so much to be liked by the Dems and be invited to the plush parties the K-Streeters give and be seen in important social events that they bribe the Dems by giving them ‘wins’ when the Dems are the miniority. How nice, they think that is; then, the Dems stab them in the backs at every chance, when the Dems regain power.

Pubbies like minority status. They can sit back, let the Dems work hard a governing, and some of them get nearly-regular spots on TV media to play the loyal opposition.

unfortunately the deep state (aka the ruling establishment) is so entrenched in their control of DC that it will require the American people to take it upon themselves and physically remove them from control. Another civil war? More than likely that is what it will require. Unless or until that happens, bend over and keep taking it because DC will not change.

I wrote not News, as in not an article. It’s a housekeeping point. If everyone posts all of their rants as News/Activism, the FR Title/Comments page becomes a mess. That’s all I’m saying. I fully agree with everything else you and the OP stated.

Our representatives have Never represented us.

And as for your statement saying we’ve been had. I wonder if it all wasn’t a make the villagers calm down and put away their pitcforks.

Ok. What are we - snowflakes??

Did we really think this was all gonna get turned around in 100 friggin’ days?? This whining sounds like the equivalent of kids, “Are we there yet?”

I get the frustration with the do nothing Republican Party. I am furious with this turd of a spending bill and what is in it.

But, I never had any illusions that Trump was going to single handedly turn all this around by himself. If he gets the wall built, fixes the illegal immigration policies, gets the economy back in order, gets health care back under control by the end of his term, I’ll be more than happy.

He has gotten some great conservative judges appointed, he has put some great people in key positions, he has put America back in the drivers seat on foreign policy.

Take a look at the following list complied by Gary Bauer of the Family Research Council:

100 Accomplishments In President Trump’s First 100 Days

1. Vice President Mike Pence, an unapologetic pro-family, pro-life conservative.
2. Justice Neil Gorsuch, an originalist committed to the Constitution.

Is there anything the Republican Congress and Trump agree on?

If so, those bills should have been on his desk day one.

The Republicans need get in high gear or they are in trouble in 2018.

re: “Certainly President Trump is doing what he can. But the Republican harem is fighting everything because it is not what the money folks want.”

I completely agree with you on that. What we have to do as citizens of each individual state, is to raise holy h** with our state’s senators and congressmen - particularly republican ones - that they better start supporting the American people’s wishes on Trump’s agenda - or, we will vote them out.

Money and corruption has always, always, always been a problem in politics and it always will be. And we all know there is literally trillions of dollars involved supporting a lot of different interest groups’ agendas.

On top of holding our so-called representatives feet to the fire - all believing Americans need to pray as we’ve never done before.

I’m no sailor, but I do know that our ship of state has been going in the wrong direction for decades, and at an ever increasing velocity. Turning it around is going to require tremendous work and consistency. We’re fighting culture, moral degradation, ignorance, left-wing ideology, humanism, etc. These are all ultimately spiritual problems. We must live, pray, witness, teach, consistently and boldly if any real change is going to take place in our nation over the long haul.

I don’t know what is going to happen. The Bible says we are not to put our trust in men or princes. They will let us down every time. Only God is our sure protection.

As far as President Trump goes. I am willing to wait and see what things look like in 2 and half to 3 years. If we are still where we are now - I’ll be glad to join in the rant. But, right now, I don’t believe any living person could get the border wall, the sanctuary city funding, abortion, the economy, turn around the judicial branch, and “drain the swamp” done in 100 days, or one year, or even two.

It’s taken us a long time to get to the terrible position we are in. It’s going to take awhile to turn things around. But, we have to have hope - not in man, but in God - then put feet to our prayers.

The pus@#$# complaining about the “rant” can’t face the truth that it’s over, Trump lost his never, no wall, sanctuary cities galore, might as well elected Bob Dole. It’s a hard pill to swallow for some, but the dream is dead already.
