comey does not get to decide intent- that is not his job- yet he decided intent not just for hillary, but also for huma- and in the process of the investigation he and crew destroyed evidence- comey is not only failing to do his job, but he is making judgment calls that he has no right to make- his job is to compile evidence=- that’s it- which he then presents to attorneys for them ot make the judgment calls - Like post 30 says- he does not have to be involved in anything to be fired- but the fact that he is both failing to do his job, AND making judgment calls he has no right to make constitute dereliction of duty and abusing his position- more than enough reason to fire him
Then explain how William Sessions got fired.

The point is that Trump can fire him at any time. Clinton made that precedent with Sessions. Agree?

That has been my thought, too. Comey and the Clintons are/were super chummy. They both have the goods on everyone and it appears he cannot be fired without repercussions. Hateful way to keep a job.
