In theory, I agree with white lining. At 20MPH or less. I’ve been stuck in Kali freeway (parking lot) traffic before on a bike. It’s the pits. Above that I agree with my cousin in law. And I’ve seen it done at 55+ in heavy traffic.

According to the tape, the motorcyclist kicked the driver’s door, the driver lost control, and other vehicles were struck. Motorcyclist drives off leaving injured behind. Motorcyclist is going to prison, and is going to get sued. I know you all think you know what you saw, but you haven’t seen it with his lawyer explaining it.

If you have driven SoCal freeways, you would know that the car illegally crossed over into the HOV lane, possibly startling the rider that suddenly saw a car coming at him and pinching him into the wall.

The car driver screwed up and crashed all on his own, just how is this a hit and run? Bike did not run into the car, car tried to run into him and screwed up.

They both were irresponsible idiots. And it is always funny to see online pissing matches between motorcyclists and car drivers. The motorcycle is nothing more than a bicycle with a motor. A car, even a fancy sports car, is nothing more than a four wheel scooter with motor. No romance. They are just tools. Like hammers, guns, water hoses, and nose hair trimmers.

Southern California police are searching for a motorcyclist who was involved in an alleged road rage incident that injured one person on Wednesday.

Umm...why? They have the entire incident on video so they certainly don't need an eyewitness. The car driver tried to hit the guy on the bike. I don't care how big a jerk the motorcyclist was, there is no excuse for attempted murder-by-car. The fact that the berserk car driver managed to put his car sideways and rammed the divider is called "just desserts". The fact that the car driver then careened into a pickup, causing it to flip over, should be enough to send the car driver to prison for years.
