There video is pretty clear. Nothing to allege. The motorcyclist and car hit each other with the car trying to take out the motorcycle. It backfired on the driver of the car.
The car had a pretty good sized dent where the biker was kicking.
A good attorney would claim that the driver of that sedan was startled by the motorcyclist kicking the driver’s side door with enough force to dent it and lost control of the car as a result. It would be difficult to prove otherwise on the basis of that video.
First blood was the scooter rider kicking the car.
The car was driving in a straight line in his lane and the bike came over into his lane, got close enough and then kicked him, at which point the car tried to get him away.
I see this as the biker at fault. Notice he also did a hit and run.

The motorcyclist was kicking the car on both sides. Sedan driver probably panicked.
Motorcycle rider started it, not the car.
That's exactly what happened. Experienced it a couple of times myself. Both times with middle-aged women looking at me then moving the car right over into me. The only evasion is to kick and quickly accelerate at the same time before the driver can react.
The motorcycle shown was very lucky. Wonder if the auto operator was a woman(?)
