That’s how I feel———if the store is dumb enough to provide them they should expect this type of thing.

I, for one, am very grateful to Walmart and other stores for providing electric wheelchair-carts on those days I really need one. For every 'morbidly obese 28 year old' using a cart there is also someone with a broken leg/foot or a disabled veteran.
You might as well blame stores for placing merchandise on freely accessible shelves where it is easy to shoplift.
