Or followers of Yeshua that expect to be at his wedding feast.

Ok, 'or followers of Jesus who ignore the teachings of the New Testament.'

I’ve been growing garlic for several years now and every year I get a great crop enough to last me through the year.

Have you tried making black garlic?

I bought a few pounds of frozen tilapia several years ago. It was cheap.

It tasted pretty good, not flavorless as some say.

Since then I have read a couple of articles that sounded pretty alarming.

I will not eat any more.

That is funny. The tilapia I raise are grass eaters like a cow. They live in the shallows and eat the green sprouts.

I do not know where you people are getting your information from but maybe yawl need to do a little research what wild tilapia will feed on and not ones use for hydroponic applications.

Got Deer probs, break it up around the plants they eat.
The only thing in my yard the deer don’t eat is next to my garlic plot so I started putting a bulb in around the der food and it seems to work. Then I get to harvest the garlic and the neighbor harvests the deer

Garlic grows any where in the NE except in sand.

A large part of their diet is good old GMO corn, too.

What you call the “teachings of the New Testament” are what the prophet Jeremiah called “inherited lies wherein there is no profit.”

The teaching of the NT is Torah, in every case. Too bad that some hate Yehova’s loving Torah so much that they will stretch errors to escape his commandments.

The whole NT is about teaching gentiles how to follow Torah.

Jeremiah 16:19

O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.

Time is short; best to study and learn, rather than speaking foolishly. .

I can’t eat tilapia.

It has such a strong sharp taste and I almost vomit. I have ordered flounder in a restaurant and had the same reaction so think that the restaurant substituted tilapia for it instead.

When I ask what the fish is in a nondescript menu item (white fish) and they say tilapia and I turn it down, they look puzzled but it is just cheap junk fish IMHO.

I don’t like Talapia. US farm raised catfish, however, is the best.

Back in my Kentucky years there was a catfish farm down the road a piece that was state of the art. Clean as a whistle, maintained following all the regulations, fed quality food. They produced a good quality product.

It is a grass, and of course will grow almost anywhere, but without sulfur the garlic is worthless to eat.

*** “Tlapia is just muush” ***

You are overcooking it ... we catch Tilapia all the time, they are unwanted at the Lake, no Limits...
Good table fare (much better than Catfish) texture is similar to Bluegill or Crappie, they have a very mild flavor and not at all tasteless also they actually freeze better than Crappie... which is necessary for the large amounts of Tilapia that you can catch with a cast net.

I suggest that you bread them lightly (Cornstarch and Cornmeal) High Heat just a light brown on each side and they are done.
I have also used them in stews, add the fillets or chunks a little after small shrimp and they will be done at the same time, they cook quick.
They Bake fast too ... I do the press method on the smallest one in the pan.
JMHO
