The teaching of the NT is Torah, in every case.

The teaching of the Old Testament is Christ, in every case.

"But before faith came, we were kept under the Law, as under a garrison, and shut up unto [m]that faith, which should afterward be revealed. Wherefore the Law was our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, that we might be made righteous by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster."

Read the Old Testament through the lens of New, not the New Testament through the lens of the Old.

You will then be happy to know that Monsanto will soon go away. Soon to be taken over by the company that gave the world Heroin.

Yes! - That is what Torah is about.

Without Torah there is no righteousness.

Without righteousness there is no salvation.

Matthew 7:21-23

[21] Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
[22] Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
[23] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity(lawlessness).

Kind of of got a chuckle following this thread. Wild Talapia are primarily vegeterians, under farming conditions that might be different. We put them in several of our ponds on the ranch to keep the vegetation down. Taken from the ponds they are great eating. Everybody worried about what fish eat might not want to look at what your average non farmed catfish eats, which is anything it can fit in it’s mouth. Dead birds, rotted fish and any other critter that might end up in the water. My favorite bait for channel cat’s is five to six inch day old shiners laid out in the sun. The worse they smell the better!

Talapia is known in cooking circles to have absolutely no taste and pretty much no texture.

Only by morons who have no idea how to cook. If you can't make tilapia palatable you couldn't make eggs palatable, either, and have no business in a kitchen.

Fresh tilapia, which is what we have here in Florida, tastes a bit like chicken, only softer. It's not fishy; and its texture is akin to young flounder.

I didn’t say it isn’t palatable — it is merely tasteless. It is a good platform — like eggs.

Farmed fish from anywhere, any specs, is filth!

Nonsense- we fed our channel cats rolled oats and corn and other goodies and they were raised in spring water.

Actually, baked spicy, almond crusted tilapia today. I made it several weeks ago and my three grandkids requested it again today for dinner.

Just finished a pile of talapia from Costco. Their fish come from Mexico, Honduras and Indonesia. But that is “one” of their suppliers. No disclosure to others.

I usually read the packages and was under the impression they were from Chile.

All farmed fish are adulterated.

After faith is come, Torah is written on our hearts.

If you have no desire to obey, faith has not yet come.

Going to have to agree. Coat them in butter, then Progessive Italian bread crumbs and hot pepper. If one does not know how to cook fish, no fish is going to be good. Just have to wonder what some the gourmets on are doing.

It’s basically caramelized garlic ,, look up some videos... it’s the latest “in” thing ,, it needs to be cooked continuously in a sealed container at about 130f for a month or more ,, most people are doing it by burying jars in a natural heat source like a mulch/manure pile..

I get baseball size, potent garlic and never add anything to the soil.

Its not a grass, its grass like.
