I’d love to see the Wheel of Time become a TV series. One of the most enjoyable stories I’ve ever read.

Problem is it would take an enormous commitment by actors, directors & producers plus a HUGE amount of $$$ to make it happen. It would take at least 5 years to complete the main story line.

Patrick Rothfuss’s “Kingkiller Chronicles,” a planned trilogy stuck on 2 released books, has apparently already been optioned to television or a movie. I have truly enjoyed the story so far, but I would worry that the show runners would have to resort to making up an ending, like the Game of Thrones writers after George R.R. Martin didn’t produce the final 2 books.

Holly Lisle’s “Tales from the Longview”. Action, skulduggery, twisty little plot, surprise creepiness, and consistent but not-sledgehammered philosophy. Never gonna happen, but a girl can dream...
