Sticking to an anti-inflammatory diet isnt easy. It involves cutting ties with gluten, dairy, and (of course) sugar. Sure, there are some amazing nut cheeses, but they arent typically whats being cut into cubes and passed around on Bachelorette Mondays at your friends place.
Good news: Scientists just endorsed a way for you to get your cheese fix while still sticking to your meal plan. According to Metro UK, a new study out of Korea found that the probiotics in Swiss cheese actually have the ability to reduce inflammation and strengthen your immune system. Is your mind-blown?

The Korean study doesnt stand alone: When researchers fed cheese containing the probiotic strain to mice in another recent study, it helped protect them from acute colitis.

Researchers found them to be effective in reducing appetite due to their high omega-3 fatty acid content. Walnuts can alter the way our brains view food and impact our appetites, says the studys lead author, Olivia M. Farr of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Our results confirm the current recommendations to include walnuts as part of a healthy diet.
Now that Swiss cheese is back on the table, so to speak, those walnuts just might help stop you from gobbling up the whole plate. After all, theres one piece of healthy eating advice that has yet to be disputed: Everything in moderation.

The best way to reduce inflammation is to take MSM.
It’s suppose to be on our food but the way we process our food destroys it.
It’s cheap and works wonders for a lot more than just arthritis .
