Francisco was guilty of a DUI and one count of a class 3 felony aggravated assault. The “presumed” sentence for this level of felony is 7.5 years. This crybaby got off easy spending only one year in jail.

All I can add to this is that if you where caught behind her in the queue for the Kebab Van, when she was at Oxford University, it was a nightmare.
Most people have decided on their order long before they arrive at the window....not her.

You got that right. Looking on the web, there's a list of qualifiers for "Felony Aggravated Assault", most likely one for this guy - just an assumption, I've nothing to base it on but just my own opinion - is that he took a swing a cop while he was getting his DUI.

Might be why he got off with only a year, part-time. He should count himself lucky.

I had the same class 3 felony aggravated assault in Arizona, did a Plea bargain, like 90% of the People, I did 39 days in County, I did HALF A NICKEL IN ADOC, and I LOVE JOE ARPAIO. HEH HEH Most do not know what “presumed” sentence for this level of felony is 7.5 years....is..And COUNTY is way WORSE than PRISON, There are RULES in Prison, and if You do not abide, YOU WILL DIE..
