The AFA is notorious for having lots of homosexuals. They constantly were admitted to local mental health facilities.
It’s time to shut down the service academies as four year degree granting universities. I think all officers should be run through OCS type programs after a year or two in the ranks. I met several worthless West Point and ROTC officers but never a worthless OCS officer. That’s probably because of their enlisted experience.

One possibility is that it was consensual, but somehow the encounter become known among peers and the accuser, out of “shame” and wanting his buddies to not see him as “gay” wants the suit to “prove” it was not consensual.
