Gatorade has been banned from insulting its main competitor — water — and fined $300,000 after it slandered nature’s sports drink in a video game, California’s Attorney General announced Thursday.

AG Xavier Becerra sued the neon-colored beverage company over its cellphone game “Bolt!” in which players guide track star Usain Bolt around to collect coins and bottles of Gatorade but must avoid water — which slows the Olympian down.

#10 Re “I wonder what they’ll find out” when they use the fine for water consumption research.

Easy. Water in. Water out.

They owe me $120,000 for that research and analysis.

Check out Bacerra’ red record at www.keywiki.org. Search under his name.

He’s as left as they come and power hungry like Eric Holder and Obama were.

Bad news for loyal Americans and America.

san Francisco is sueing oil companies for causing green houses gases AND denying that global warming exists.

They claim that they will have the expense of build sea walls when the ocean rises and that the oil companies should pay for it.

Gatorade was invented by Robert Cade. He was a brilliant nephrologist at the University of Florida medical school. He developed it for the football team but tested it on the track team.

Cade tried to get the university to market Gatorade but they refused so he sold the license to Stockely Van Camp. When Gatorade became popular, supposedly the university sued to get the royalties.

Somehow I think that nephrologist knew a lot ore about the dangers of water and strenuous exercise than some AG by the name of Xavier from California.
