Yup. I’d really be cryin’ in beer if I were the production company - can you imagine how much money they’ve lost out on?

I’ve done a lot of work in video/media and since I’m a “details guy” this would be one of the things I’d put on a checklist to have nailed down.

Someone was complaining about losing their Dark Shadows source recently. They got a ton of them on here.

"The problem is they use the same actors over and over again."

Jack Webb did a good deal of that in the TV series also. For example, Virginia Gregg played numerous characters.

I need to find & watch some classic Wild Wild West sometime. That steampunky James Bond stuff was kind of fun.

The site is streaming them from the Internet Archive. I’m sure they are under copyright. Sometimes people will upload stuff up the Archive and when discovered it gets taken down. I suspect that’s why at the Archive it’s titled “DS 1-100” instead of the full show title.

“Not quite old enough to remember many radio shows.”

Yeah, a bit before my time too. Just have vague memories of one or two radio shows that lasted past the 50s, e.g. Arthur Godfrey.

Thanks, great stuff. I appreciate the dry type humor especially. Like Newhart’s “Button Down Mind”.

They still got Twilight Zone locked down pretty tight though. Only about a dozen or so. Same for the Three Stooges.

Sorry, after posting realized the video had been pulled for Wild Wild West

You might try the new network ME TV We’ve this on a sub-station in the DFW market. You might have it in your area as well.

I think most TZs can be had on DVD. Online, if you peek about a bit you can find just about anything. Not that I condone that sort of thing! For example, I wouldn’t tell you to watch this -

I have heard of a Newton-meter, but what is a Newton Minow?

For those of us who are not of a certain age, Newton Minow is a former chairman of the FCC who made a speech in 1961 that described American television as being a vast wasteland.
