Rep Peter King: Moore Must ‘Prove His Innocence’ or ‘Step Down’
Breitbart ^ | 10 Nov 2017 | PAM KEY

Friday on MSNBC, Rep. Peter King (R-NY) said Alabama Republican U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore should “prove his innocence” of sexual abuse accusations or “step down.”

King said, “Ordinarily, the person is entitled to the presumption of innocence. But in this case, it’s so serious, and the fact it’s backed up by other women, and it’s so hideous, I would say unless he can prove his innocence, the burden is on him within the next day, or so, he should step down. He owes it to the state and the U.S. Senate.”

Peter King needs to prove that he doesn’t love Hitler.

So basically they are holding him to the Ted Kennedy standard of proving innocence.

How does one prove he did not rape a woman? It falls on the accuser to provide positive evidence a rape was committed. Otherwise any woman can claim any man raped her.

Courts still require actual evidence other than heresay accusations that anyone can make. Without any negative consequences if they are caught lying.

Ny does not have a recall provision in it’s state constitution.

Easy. he merely has to say he was doing something else when he was supposed to be assaulting the girl. Prove he wasn’t.

The 'Union' illegally unnaturalized the country after 1865. The Constitution empowered Congress to keep immigration and citizenship the same natural kind via naturalization. image

Oh, yes. I remember that very well. He was all over the news when that was going on, defending the Clintons. It was disgusting.

Many heard Peter King made light bulbs illegal,
and then raped a little child on the broken bulbs.
He MUST step down. No trial. He must prove
he did not do it or lose his pension.

Yes, and I’ve been told that Congressman Peter King was an accessory before the fact, during the fact and after the fact for several of Jeffrey Dahmer’s murders and acts of cannibalism. Congressman, PROVE YOUR INNOCENCE of these allegations or step down from Congress immediately!

LOL!

This is exactly what someone should be doing. They should ridicule these butt rustlers.

I actually like Peter King at times. He is deep in enemy territory and occasionally can be useful. But Peter King truly jumped the shark on this old idea of “guilty until innocence is proven”. That’s what happens in 3rd world hellholes.

It was nearly eleven hundred, and in the RECORDS DEPARTMENT, they were dragging the chairs out of the cubicles and grouping them in the centre of the hall opposite the big telescreen, in preparation for the Two Minutes Hate.... The horrible thing about the Two Minutes Hate was not that one was obliged to act a part, but, on the contrary, that it was impossible to avoid joining in. A hideous ecstasy of fear and vindictiveness, a desire to kill, to torture, to smash faces in with a sledge-hammer, seemed to flow through the whole group of people like an electric current, turning one even against one's will into a grimacing, screaming lunatic

Excused Menendez juror predicts ‘hung jury,’ passes note to judge

Arroyo-Maultsby had longstanding vacation plans to the Bahamas Saturday that Judge William Walls had agreed to honor, and was excused Thursday afternoon as the day end concluded with no verdict.

From Newsweak, just before Obama used his AG to take out Menendez:

“But when it comes time to deal with a contentious legislator like Menendez, there’s no real plan of action. Bill Clinton would try to flatter his enemies to death, occasionally tempering them as he did the likes of Bob Kerrey. Lyndon Johnson tried to muscle Fulbright, with only limited success.

So far if there’s been any handling of Menendez it’s backfired. When it comes to Iran, Menendez publicly accused the administration of “fear mongering” and went further when he said the administration’s talking points on Iran sanctions sounded like they could have come “straight out of Iran.” The White House didn’t launch a charm offensive or any offensive to rein him in. And when Menendez has played ball—he has never stuck it to Obama on confirmations and is helping line up an Authorization for Use of Military Force against ISIS—there hasn’t been much praise.

Now, with another set of sanctions looming against Iran, the question is whether Obama and Menendez can find a way to work together. So far Menendez has helped stave off some of the more extreme sanctions proposals being pushed by Republicans in the Senate Banking Committee. If multilateral negotiations to tame Iran’s nuclear program fail—and that seems more likely than not—can Obama, the smooth Hawaiian, find a way to work with Menendez, the tough Jersey guy, to compromise? Don’t bet on it.”
