I'm having trouble keeping up these days with all the breaking Roy Moore(or Ray as Rush called him) news. For those in Alabama or those that know, what's the feel for how he is weathering these hits? What are the polls saying? Apologize for the vanity, but so much going on that I know those here will have a feel for the facts.
It is a political assassination, using accusations instead of bullets, plain and simple.
Only thing I know is the hits will keep coming for Roy Moore until he drops out.
The fallout will be no decent, honest, good human being will ever run for public office. What is happening to Roy Moore is a clear message from deep state Democrats and Republicans to any good person who tries to run for office, “We will destroy you and your family if you even try.”
I cast my last vote in 2016. I will never vote again. Anyone seeking office going forward will be scum
If Menendez gets convicted he will may be allowed to stay in Congress
Clinton was impeached for perjury and he was a hero.
Moore gets 40 year old accusations and he’s tarred and feathered and won’t be allowed in the Senate.
The left is rushing to make themselves look utterly stupid to us normals. Roy will win in a landslide.
I agree this is a political hit job. That said, I have little doubt that Moore dated teens when he was in his thirties.
He’s doing fine in Alabama...which is why the Uniparty Establishment is going off the deep end. He WILL win the election next month.
He WILL be seated in the Senate. Despite how much the Swamp might wish it, the USA is not YET Venezuela or Iran where the ruling elite simply ignores the citizens will and take it upon themselves the authority to decide whom to seat.
Expect things to get even dirtier as the Swamp and McConnell panicky more & more.
Plainly a character assassination of Moore. Confliating “accusations” as if he’s Weinstein, etc.
If this is successful the GOPe/Dems will do the same to Kelli “Crazy” Ward, etc. in an all out assault on MAGA. This is about way more than one senate race in Alabama.
Keeping up with the news on Judge Moore is just one of the reasons why Free Republic was established.
Freepers aren’t here to do your research for you, there are dozens of threads that can provide that information for you.

I hope the landslide prediction is correct. I know the folks in Alabama and there is nothing worse than outsiders messing with their politics. For no other reason than a thumb to the eye of the Dims and GOPe I think Moore wins with a comfortable margin.
Oh, it just occurred to me that you’re part of the Old Media and are on the clock and have to supply a story.
Here’s the summary, Judge Moore is never, never, ever dropping out.

If these people made false allegations against me I would be giving a full-throated response. I would be holding multiple press conferences denouncing the smears.
That “Ray” Moore really hasn’t done this, or has feebly done so on Hannity, bothers me.
I think voters would be pretty darn forgiving for a casual fault some 30+ years ago, as in, “He who is without sin cast the first stone.” But I am disappointed Moore has not really done this, which in my mind is unusual for a man who has a long pattern of railing loudly against his critics in past campaigns or with past social issues.
Moore could put a stop to this seeming slow death if he were to give a forceful denial and defense. If that were to occur, I would bet my last dollar that his supporters would rally big-time behind him.

The ONLY ones I found halfway credible were the ones who said they were “courted” by Moore with the permission of their mothers. And on their dates, he was a perfect southern gentleman who treated them respectfully.

If it was traumatic, why did she need a script to tell her story, I can tell you every last detail surrounding every traumatic event in my life, and I do NOT need Notes or a Script to follow and help me remember.
This whole thing is Ridiculous, and the stories are unbelievable on their face with so many crucial details being absolutely Impossible to have occurred. When these false allegations are finally proven to be false, A whole lot of people should go to JAIL and be ASSET STRIPPED!

The message from the establishment to Alabama voters is clear.
Do not vote for Judge Moore.
This is a test of power. Does the Establishment have the power to intimidate Alamabama voters, in order to prevent them from electing a candidate the Establishment fears.
The Washington Post is a member of the Establishment ruling class. They have lied to us repeatedly. I see no reason to believe them.
The more they say Judge Moore is unacceptable, the more I wish I were an Alabama resident so I could vote for him.
Remember, this is the group that has falsified documents, created evidence, lied about Ben Ghazi, and spent 30 million to try to take out Roy Moore already.
So far, no assassination attempts. Roy will need serious protection when he wins.
This is what winning looks like. The opposition is desperate to show that *they* and only *they* control the narrative of who is acceptable or not.
