Just my opinion, of course, but with the power they wield, congress isn’t just going to pay out this kind of cash for no good reason.
Therefore, the victims would not have been paid unless there was credible proof and/or an admission of guilt.
Look for Hastert, Foley to be named..
Republicans or democrats .. I want their names.
Leadership has had this info available to them and use it to keep the abusers in line.
So leadership has an incentive to keep it from becoming public knowledge.
