The problem with this email is that at the Department of State, there is no “UNCLASSIFIED” document markings in usage - we used only SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED - as instituted by Colon Powell to ensure no “Official Data” was sent out of a State Network. Hillary violated everything.

The owl of minerva is from Hegel, and means only finally understanding something after it’s almost over or almost too late. It’s similar to the idea that you can only have knowledge of something looking backwards.
The only weird part is Hillary saying, “Minerva agrees.” Which either means she doesn’t understand the reference, or possibly she’s assuming the name of Minerva, the goddess of wisdom, obviously arrogantly, or maybe it’s some inside joke or something else.
