Special prosecutor Robert Mueller zeroed in on President Donald Trump’s business dealings with Deutsche Bank AG as his investigation into alleged Russian meddling in U.S. elections widens.
Mueller issued a subpoena to Germany’s largest lender several weeks ago, forcing the bank to submit documents on its relationship with Trump and his family, according to a person briefed on the matter, who asked not to be identified because the action has not been announced.
“Deutsche Bank always cooperates with investigating authorities in all countries,” the lender said in a statement to Bloomberg Tuesday, declining to provide additional information.

Trump should politely decline, citing the recently revealed corruption in Mueller’s “investigation.”

What does this have to do with “Russian collusion?” This is why there should never be a Special Prosecutor. He is trying to find something, anything, to justify his pay check and to make his fellow Trump-haters happy.

And if Mueller is fired, he’ll write a book as well explaining how he WOULDA got Trump but “the Man” wouldn’t let him.

Didn’t you hear? Mueller is a Trump ally and Jeff Sessions is working day and night to weed out the criminals in government.
This was never about Russia or Russian collusion. Russia has a long history of monitoring elections and injecting propaganda. This exercise has been a bottomless-pit-funded oppo-research exercise for 2020 re-election with the dual purpose of dredging up info from bottom-feeders in preparation for a shaky impeachment push.
I’m going to stick with the idea that this is all working according to Trump’s own design.
Mueller gets a subpoena for bank records on Trump. The Left loves it. Perfectly fine. This is basic stuff. No problem.
Wait a couple months and see if the bank records for the Clinton Foundation are subpoenaed. What? The NYT has a problem with that??
How is this legal? Fire Mueller and Rosenstein and de-classify all of Mueller’s communications regarding the Ft. Hood and Boston terror attacks. You want to see obstruction of justice? Mueller was practically an accomplice to those attacks.
