The person from whom we got our Persian told us that she had bred for loving, gentle personality and that’s exactly what we had in Pumpkin Muffin. A tiny, grey baby, completely affectionate. I always worried about going to a new breeder to find the same sweet, little thing after we lost Muffin.

I agree on the dog books. The dogs I’ve known fit right into the descriptions.

That is sweet - our breeder bred for looks, but fortunately the ones we got didn't make the grade, so they didn't have to go to shows. I can't imagine any cat likes that.

They are docile. My big male is SO calm. He is the sweetest too - he just purrs and purrs, even when he is by himself.

You got me missing them! I had 3, but little Cashmere passed away last spring. She was the sweetest one, the under cat. I always had to look out for her.
