HomeBrewers Have more dos and don’ts than other cults.
Especially boiling non-grain stuff (that’s already been boiled to get what it is!

Mostly Blend IPA now, and/or DIPA when I can find HopSlam or Bro Benjamin.

Best in/for IPA is (for me) a dash of SoComfort, Honey, maybe a slight dash of vanilla creamer!

Beats the usual c**p*** found in most watering holes!

This made me think of the Sonicprep Homogenizer from PolyScience ($4999) that opens up all kinds of possibilities of infusing flavors into liquids.

Here's a video showing "barrel-aging" of an un-oaked Chardonnay. There's also one on there showing emulsification of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (with no other binders). Lots of possibilities.

The part I found disgusting was where they sealed the casks with horse dung. You can now buy V8 Bloody Mary mix that is essentially their standard blended tomato juice with red and black pepper and lemon juice added. Quite healthy if you read the label.
