There was some suspicion that it'd happen, but Dr. Ronny Jackson is releasing detailed medical information about Trump - comparable to, or possibly even more than, he released when he examined Obama.
Jackson says "there's no indication whatsoever" that Trump has any cognitive issues such as dementia or Alzheimer's or "any issue whatsoever with his thought process."

The MoCA assesses several cognitive domains:
The short-term memory recall task (5 points) involves two learning trials of five nouns and delayed recall after approximately 5 minutes.
Visuospatial abilities are assessed using a clock-drawing task (3 points) and a three-dimensional cube copy (1 point).
Multiple aspects of executive functions are assessed using an alternation task adapted from the trail-making B task (1 point), a phonemic fluency task (1 point), and a two-item verbal abstraction task (2 points).
Attention, concentration, and working memory are evaluated using a sustained attention task (target detection using tapping; 1 point), a serial subtraction task (3 points), and digits forward and backward (1 point each).
Language is assessed using a three-item confrontation naming task with low-familiarity animals (lion, camel, rhinoceros; 3 points), repetition of two syntactically complex sentences (2 points), and the aforementioned fluency task.
Finally, orientation to time and place is evaluated by asking the subject for the date and the city in which the test is occurring (6 points).
My mother scored 9 also, but after giving her turmeric for the last 5 years she would now do MUCH better...in fact, her gerontologist now sees no reason to administer any cognitive instrument.
I stood by my mom when they gave her this test. She was 85 and was having some “issues.”
She got 30/30. I got 28.
Four years later She is down to 22 now. I’m still a 28.
Perfect that this comes out one day before the fake news awards.
Daniel Dale Verified account @ddale8 . 3h3 hours agoAsked if Trump is a germaphobe, Jackson says he'll continue to encourage Trump to be "a bit of a germaphobe" and wash his hands frequently, since he shakes lots of hands: "He'd be a fool not to."

This is waaaaaaaay to close to be reality for it to be too funny.
My elderly mother was being asked a few questions by her Dr. once, to check on her mental capacity. Among the questions, “Who is the President?”
Betcha DJT knew the answer right away. And I’ll betcha Pelosi would have some trouble with it. (”Bush?”)
Count backward from 100 by 7s as quickly as you can. You should end up on 2.
This is the hardtest question on the test (3 points).
Like to see what Pelosi would score and Maxine etc.
“Montreal Cognitive Exam”
What good is that? They can’t even speak french there.
Trump should CHALLENGE all of Congress to undergo the test!!!
Those who keep questioning it should be required to take their own tests before being allowed to cover the WH - or run for reelection if they ain’t “reporters”.....
Language is assessed using a three-item confrontation naming task with low-familiarity animals (lion, camel, rhinoceros; 3 points),
After a few of the common animals, I started into birds, and rattled off a non-stop list.
'Think I passed. ;)
My mother, who passed in 2016 just short of 98 years was asked by her Dr. Who the president was as part of a mental test. She bit her lower lip and got a scowl on her face and replied, “That Black Man!!!”
