I don’t pay taxes, so no.
You don’t have to either. It’s scary, but when I stopped I was single with lots of room to breathe.
I have a family now so I can see how many people think it’s not possible. It’s scary as hell to decide to stop paying taxes. I did it and now I’m used to it. I’ve already discovered that they don’t do anything to people at a certain income level.
That may all change though. And with Trump in office I feel that the system of “taxation and representation” is making a come-back. I’m going to start paying taxes again.
I stopped when they threatened to “Deem it passed” on the healthcare vote. That’s when I simply stopped. They didn’t “Deem it passed” but they still put it on the table. And that’s not how the government works. With Trump doing his job presiding over the congress I feel that things are getting back on track.
It doesn’t have to be perfect for me to pay my taxes, but dammit man they need to at least not flaunt it in our faces that they are treasonous bastards.
We pay $500 a month for 6 people from Liberty Health Share. Anyone not Ill should look into it. Any medical professional is covered, no need to seek docs in your “plan.”
I haven’t complete my taxes but I’m facing the penalty too.

It was planned to destroy our Healthcare System and force Universal Healthcare. The Government would then control an additional 1/6 of the economy. They would ration & deny care to siphon funds.
I’m never seen such envy and hatred as the Obama administration embodied. Any way they could injure or damage America & Americans was a joy to them.

Liberty needs you to be in reasonable good health and to be an independent self-reliant person. They also want you to believe in Gd. They don’t need you to be Christian like some.
You often other than hospitalization will have to front your doctor’s bills. Which is ok. The deductible (they call it something else) is low and includes everyone. So ours is $1500 a year, and once we have spent that on doctors services and labs, the rest of the year is 100% covered. The year my son broke his nose in Jan, it worked out pretty well. Not for him. Lol. So younpay the bill and they pay you back.
And you deal! The doc will ask for 15 blood tests to cover his butt. So youget on the phone with the lab or look online and find out how much each one is, and X out the ones that seem unnecessary. Etc. You can call around for MRIs at various centers and get great deals.
And while you aren’t a straight up cash pay patient, you can work it like you are to get great deals everywhere.

Buy H&R Block 2017 and do this again.
I only paid for dental last year and was not dinged.
I had tried that site they gave a double sized refund for 2017. The IRS disagreed. HR Block gave the correct amount.

I have insurance but due to Obamacare and that worm Mitch McConnell, I lost an extra $15,000 last year in extra taxes.
Part of Obamacare raised a plethora of taxes, including the Capital Gains Tax. Last year I received an ESOP distribution for my retirement from a major corporation and was excited to know that with Trump in office Congress was going to kill Obamacare which would have dropped the Capital Gains back to 15% and put an extra $15K into our retirement rainy day account.
All that went out the window when, in March 2017, Mitch McConnell stated he didn’t want to totally repeal Obamacare because he liked all the tax increases so I got boned out of a nice chunk of cash that would have been a cushion for emergencies when my wife retires in two years.

in the ObamaCare bill it says they can't make you pay it, so do not send the check, but yes, they can take it out of refund.
that is why I make sure I have nothing to refund, I have to pay a little ... I'm like you won't pay it.

I had forms saying I was covered for the year but all I had to do was check a box on the 1040 saying so - I think the deal was they wouldn’t pursue those who checked the box “in error” for 2017 tax year.

I was at my sisters house a week ago, she is a big shot at the IRS, her daughter works there too.
They both told the Whole Family that if you DON’T pay the Obamacare Fine, they don’t care and will not even try to collect or bother asking why you didn’t pay it. it is forgiven, johnny on the spot!!!
You will NOT be able to get your accountant to do this for you. The only feasible way is to do your own taxes and refuse to pay and you will be immediately forgiven.
Getting a refund was your first mistake.
