“Oral cancer, a hard to detect, hard to treat disease has overtaken cervical cancer as the most common HPV-related malignancy in the United States”

I’m sorry, but having been in cancer screening for 40 years, I find this ridiculous. Oral cancer is hard to find, but all they have to do is start treating oral cancer like they do cervical cancer, with a yearly exam. (Oh wait, are women still allowed to have a yearly exam, or is it every three years now?) There simply cannot be more oral cancer than cervical cancer, unless they are not adding the countless women with pre-cancerous lesions, that are caught with Pap smears and then treated before the lesion advances to malignancy.
