If he couldn’t do it, what would he do about it? That is the question. We do not have the right to kill our unborn, no matter what. Hopefully, he has no less-than-perfect grandchildren. Children do not come with guarantees. Some even turn out to be Democrats. He may have used a bad choice of words BUT I do not have an open mind about killing unborn babies, even if they are imperfect.
I say this in the kindest way so please take it like that. If you read my post to him you will see that I felt exactly the same way he did, before I had my son. After his birth it is a very different story however neither of us were advocating killing our unborn child but merely conveying that he does not know he could handle a special needs child. I beg to differ with him. This is an instant where I truly have walked in another mans shoes for only one of his journeys. I sincerely hope this has shed some light on the discussion and in a much more favorable light. I too feel the same way you do about the topic of killing innocent babies.
