Perjurer, held in contempt by Congress, planned and executed the running of guns to Mexico's narco-terrorists (something that COULD be considered an act of war by the USA on Mexico,) architect of the highly questionable "Operation Chokepoint," which threatened financial providers of legal businesses of which the administration "disapproved." And those are just off the top of my head, without any thought.
