Well, I do believe that all people should approach relationships with a a “poop or get off the pot” mentality.... IE.. is this the one? or not... and if not, end it, and if it is then get married. This is for both people... Not just men, but women too...
Don’t let yourself be strung along until “he is ready”... if you are ready and he isn’t, then he’s not the one.
However, I don’t think I agree with, stay away from exclusivity unless he proposes... can’t say its the WORST idea I’ve ever heard.. but I don’t think triggering the jealousy response to get a proposal is likely going to lead the best relationship.
Refusing to be exclusive, may force a man to really think about the relationship, when otherwise he would not... so I get the angle she’s playing here... just not sure its a sure fired winner.

Depends on the nature of the relationship. If it’s early in the dating process, either party should continue to date others.
If things have made it into the bedroom, both parties need to be exclusive. Not just physically, but dating-wise also.
There’s a word for a person who has concurrent physical relationships with more than one partner.
If a woman has to deploy this underhanded “trick” to get herself married I wouldn’t marry her and neither would any other self-respecting guy.
Who would like to live the rest of their lives wiht a c*nt like that?
When I was dating, back in prehistoric times, I refused to become jealous. I assumed that if the woman chose another man, there was nothing I could do to stop her, and I wouldn’t waste my time trying.
It drove them nuts that I wouldn’t play that game.
Yes. A guy can string a woman along for years when he knows she’s looking to get married and have children. It’s better to keep one’s options open.
one young woman loves her job but is going to move to another state away from her family so her boyfriend can get his new job...
