That newspaper is interesting. There’s an article (sroll down) with a video of a couple of thieves entering the government meeting and stealing a large, gold ceremonial mace right in the middle of the session, running out the door with it. Also art, fashion, film, etc.
I’ve been to that area many times and came up with my own sayings.
