The old cans poured too fast !! You can’t inhale enough vapors to harm your lungs.
Then Obama Can ...
Pours so slowly and painfully that you inhale ten times the gas vapors and will die soon so as to save social security !!

My solution is to take the spout off and pour just from the can. It spills every time, but it spills a lot less than the EPA-approved spout would.
