Yeah, I really should look for it. Could get millions of views on YouTube. I even have all the equipment to transfer movie film to video on hard drive.
I’m always a little nervous when Beau is bear hunting, but after 8 years with him, I’m getting used to it. They are always in a ground, always armed and always have a pack of dogs with them, too.
So glad you survived this! What a story!
Have you heard about the teen who has been bit by a bear, a shark and a poisonous snake and lived to tell? He’d probably beat your bar bet, LOL! ;)
I believe that the natives of India are more afraid of sloth bears than they are of tigers.
Its funny animal rights folks love animals more than people
Some freepers do it too
sloth bears are very dangerous- very aggressive- a wounded one even more so-
Timothy Treadwell
A bonafide psychotic
And a homosexual in denial
LOL Yep!
Is that the same guy Ron White did a hilarious bit on?
There always seems to be some human stupidity coming out of Yellowstone.
I’ve seen videos of people getting much too close to the wildlife and paying the consequences.
One favorite was a Japanese tourist trying to get a close up of a Bison.
He got tossed to the top of a 20 foot pine tree before the Bison lost interest.
Luckily he was able to walk away.
Did Jefferson get another one right when he said :
“It is a happy circumstance in human affairs that evils which are not cured in one way will cure themselves in some other.”
—Thomas Jefferson, letter to John Sinclair, 1791
Guess it depends on your point of view!
Does that bear have a radio collar, and a tranquilizer dart sticking out of its butt ?
I thought that was the guy who lived with bears and it was one that got him- a very old toothless bear that probably hadn’t had any meat in ages since it couldn’t hunt well. It saw him as survival food - MREs [Man-Ready-to-Eat].
“Guess it depends on your point of view!”
Jefferson had a good read on human nature.
"Selfies with bears? That's the dumbest damn Indian name I ever heard."
Lol.
