Let us know when it can be sourced to a reputable news organization, and it gets written down and published.

I’ll take Joe at his word that a criminal referral was issued for Brennan. He’s as well connected in this case as anyone.
I have no way of knowing this but I would bet good money that Samantha Powers unbelievable testimony; that the dozens and dozens of unmasking requests apparently signed by her were not in fact signed by her; we will ultimately find out that Brennan was the one who forged her signature.
Only one small detail in a massive edifice of corruption and deception, I suppose.
Incidentally, nobody paid the slightest attention to that testimony of hers at the time. It almost knocked me over. Either she is/was a massive liar or a massive amount of document forging was going on.
If the former director of the CIA did something criminal with respect to the sitting President, I don’t see how that can end anyplace other than a firing squad.
