Why do these people have to lie all the time? Call Me By Your Name was an arthouse movie, it cost 3.5 million to make and grossed 18 million. NOT a bomb. And given that there are about 200 movies a year released being 873rd on the all time list AIN’T measly.

Really, this an axe in a desperate search for a grind. Most of the gay movies are arthouse. They don’t make fat money, they have no intention of making fat money, doesn’t mean anything, they’re also made for no money.

It is NOT about "caring"! Most homosexuals were sexually molested as children.

They seek to normalize their behavior to achieve easier access to MOLEST YOUR CHILDREN! >http://www.patheos.com/blogs/warrenthrockmorton/2009/06/05/a-major-study-of-child-abuse-and-homosexuality-revisited/< On page 37, the other relevant result relates to men.

The 13th research question addressed, of homosexual men who have been molested, what percentage were molested before self-identification as homosexual men, and what percentage were molested after self-identification as homosexual? Of homosexual men who were molested, 68% were molested before self-identification as homosexual, and 32% were molested after self-identification as homosexual.

Unfortunately, I deal with these ass munchers every day in my line of work.

I am always interested to read your commentary. I worry that you are going to get yourself in trouble. You are a mensch.

I am very tolerant of other people’s choices. I love freedom, even if what you want to do is something I don’t care for.

I will watch a movie or show with gay or transgender characters. Ex. Billions. Great show. But I have zero interest in watching a show solely about homosexual relationship(s). Sorry. I just have other things I’d rather watch.

Wife watches the streaming crap, I quit a few years ago, just an occasional DVD of something old i want to see again.

She pisses and moans about the crappy connection wait times for streaming, maybe can talk her into dropping the online part.

A couple decades ago there was a free HBO weekend.

I don't recall the movies (none were memorable blockbusters) but each one I looked in on had a gay subplot.

I believe even back then the Hollywood gay mafia was pushing for gay characters and gay themes.

I suspect some only got produced because they agreed to include gay themes.

I don’t think I had even heard of the other movies.

Maybe they were arthouse type movies, which don’t get wide release?

It has become the “cool” thing in NYC high schools to be a flaming gay guy with earrings, eye makeup and a pronounced lisp. It’s almost like gays are heroes to be emulated, barf. Gay girls continue to do face swallowing sucky kisses in the hall and leaning your partner over backward. Double yuck. You never saw this kind of thing 15 years ago in schools.

I bet you haven’t seen Phantasm IV. It has nothing to do with anything gay, but I bet you haven’t seen it.

Many older classic movies had homosexual sub themes.
2 of the most well known are “Gilda” made in 1941. Glenn Ford and Rita Hayworths husband have a covert homosexual relationship.
Another is “The Maltese Facon” 1946. Peter Lorre plays a homo in that one. Again - nothing overt.

I watched the last episode of season one of the Fugitive the other day. Towards the end, Richard Kimble hid in a house owned by two men who were obviously supposed to be a couple. They fought like they were married. One said, “This is as much my house as it is yours!” and said something similar about a car one allowed to be destroyed. The men were played by John McGiver and John Fiedler. McGiver was married, while Fiedler never was. I don’t assume either were gay, but they both had gentle, urbane natures that could read that way.

It’s no wonder Heath Ledger committed suicide by dope, after being in that movie.

He probably got clean for a week and said “ I did what?”
