After reading several related articles I am leaning in the direction that these sailors were killed by the Obama administration.

This destroyer was forced out to sea despite critical equipment being in poor working order and the crew with less than adequate training.

The Obama administration’s anti-military mind set was under funding the Navy while demanding that the Navy perform more operations.

Poor maintenance, less training and over work leads to accidents and death.

I can say this is something men can usually put aside while they are on watch. in fact it usually came to blows off watch after a few days and then nothing. Never saw it on watch. On watch they did their duty.
