What would SCOTUS rule based on Hillary's "Deplorables" comments?" Do you think the SCOTUS would say: "Look, she thinks that most of the country is worthless. Therefore, though this is legal it is not valid."

And you need to provide context for your comment, such as, "in the light of the Supreme Court upholding the Trump travel Ban...
