(Just kidding! Actually had a salmon steak, a tossed salad, and a bottle of spring water. Nice and healthy!)
I had guacamole, rice and refried black beans, and 2 margaritas. Realized with horror I had eaten a vegan meal.
I attended my son in laws birthday party tonight. His family runs a huge livestock operation on some of the finest farm ground in the world. They raise select livestock for their own consumption and have a local butcher make the final product to their liking. Mere mortals seldome taste meat like this. Please share this post with any vegans you may know.
Fabulous. The restaurants here are using Chinese beef and chicken and they think we don’t notice. Could be why I don’t eat meat that much anymore.

Priorities!
Korean Bulgogi with Bon Chon, purple rice, Yaki Mandoo and pork belly skewers. Probably the best meal I’ll have for the next 30 days.
