Why do you think Schumer wants to delay the SCOTUS vote until AFTER the mid term elections?

Have the vote before the election - Trump wins either way.

1. Getting his SCOTUS pick confirmed

or

2. Having a major issue to defeat dem senators - especially in Red States

Everything with Trump’s name on it they will oppose. They don’t need a reason. It’s a sickness.

The Democrat Party, as a political force and unit...

The 'rat center cannot fool the truth/reality seekers anymore and certainly can't hold the lunatic fringe out there on the edges of civilization.

The controllers have lost control.

Less than 100% support will be a big and devastating political choice/action for the GOP.

I would think there are enough Dems whose election is in jeopardy if they don't vote in favor of President Trump's choice. The problem is the backstabbing, disgusting, traitorous "Republicans" who hate their voting fodder....McCain, Flake, Murkowski, Collins. Add to that, because McConnell has done NOTHING to punish them (like stripping them of committee assignments) others are emboldened. Also keep in mind that establishment 'pubs threw away an Alabama Senate seat rather than have a true Conservative elected.

Summary....it's going to get interesting. Could there be a Constitutional crisis if they can't get a SC judge approved? Would the rogue judges on lower courts then be the final law of the land?

Pray the backstabbers and some of the more reasonable dems care more about their nation than to let that happen.

JMHO

Call in the coroner. The DNC is dead. It is being replaced by a party where union control and government dependence are the perks. Americans working again and a booming economy are bad news. A full out socialist millennial, mad Maxine, Nutso Nancy, and condescending Chuckie are the faces of tomorrow.arrange for a hearse.

The RNC should take note. Years of stupidity and corruption eventually destroy. Get with the program or be prepared to find millions walking away from you as well.

My guess is that Manchin and Heitkamp vote yes, the rest of the Dems up for reelection vote no. Reasons: Trump got about 70 percent of the vote in both WVA and ND; they can’t win without Republican support. Manchin’s primary opponent, however, was a leftist loon with no money who still got 40 percent of the vote so this may push him to vote no. It sets up a wonderful situation for the Republicans - especially i the nominee is Amy Barrett who will bring out evangelicals and conservative Catholics in droves.

If the Rats block the appt it will do more to further their agenda than any other single act. When out of power, the Rats have very successfully used crooked judges to further their agenda of attacking US citizen taxpayers.

That was a given from the very start.

The Democrat Party is obsessed with power, and will not rest until it has as much control over America as the Communist Party has over Red China.

In the end when votes are counted in November the Democrat Party will be smaller and than it has been in 100 years since Americans realized they were lied to about the need to enter World War I by Wilson and swept his retched gang of scumbags out of power.

Those who think otherwise have the burden of proving Americans want to open our borders, embrace socialism, repeal Trump’s tax cut, repeal the Second Amendment and impeach Trump. Hate is a headline not a winning platform.

The problem for those Dems is that a yes vote might help with swing voters, but it will cost them a lot of goodwill with their hardcore base. They may lose some enthusiasm from those people, and drop a few percent as a result. So they’re damned either way. Which makes me happy. We just need a few of them to step up; Trump can make a deal that he won’t campaign against them in their states if they do. If they don’t, he’ll be there the night before the election.

The RNC or some conservative PAC (Courageous Conservatives PAC?) should use the old Terry Dolan-NCPAC technique. Once the nominee is chosen, get ads on TV as quickly as possible giving the office numbers of red-state Democrats, the same ad except for the tag: “Call Senator Manchin/McCaskill/Heitkamp/Donnelly (etc.) at (202) 224-XXXX and tell him/her/it to vote for Judge X.”

Then when they don’t do it, come back with ads hammering them.
