An African-American millionaire and his Manhattan consultant son were victims of a July 4th hate crime in their hotel room during a Florida vacation.
A racist creep apparently snuck into Frank and Michael Davis’ room at the upscale Art Ovation Hotel in Sarasota and left a 2-by-5 post-it note reading, “You’re a N—-R.”
After returning to their sixth-floor room from breakfast, the Davises found the sickening message placed on a globe-shaped bedside lamp.
“I was stone cold for 30 to 40 seconds when I read the note,” Michael Davis, 27, a consultant for a financial firm, told The Post.
“My first thought was, what did we do to deserve this? We tipped well, we were beyond nice to all the staff.”
Fearing for their lives, Michael and his parents called the police and the front desk. The Sarasota Police Department responded, but no suspects have been named.
The incident was especially wounding in light of Frank Davis’ lifelong efforts to promote diversity. The business executive has donated $5 million to his alma mater, Bucknell University, for a new building and for minority recruitment.

Sarah Braasch (who complained about a black student sleeping in common area at Yale) is a rabid atheist, and women's rights attorney.
Alison Ettel (who allegedly called the cops on an 8-year old black girl selling water) founded a firm selling marijuana for people and pets, has a masters in urban planning, and worked at the Brookings Institution.
Jennifer Schulte (who called the Oakland cops about black guys barbecuing) seems to be an air quality and climate change specialist.
Truthfully, I think the anti-racism mask of "liberals" is falling off to reveal the true ugly underbelly of racist statism that infects these people, due to all this #WalkAway mindset and fighting back and Trump WINNING.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is a TRUE story of racism AND that the purp is a black-hating Antifa thug.

If it happened I know what I would have done if i were him, I would have taped it to my door with a response of “No, I’m a really rich Ni___r, and your probably just poor White trash.
If I understand the story correctly, and if its not a hoax or something the person who wrote the note was bold enough to go inside their hotel room while they were away from it...racial slur or not I can certainly relate to wanting to call the police if somebody other than house cleaning was there.

These day we usually find out that the complainant wrote the note themselves. Just look to see if this guy is a big democrat supporter. Look for his campaign donations.
Good chance it is. When the guy is arrested for a fake hate crime, we probably won’t even hear about it.

Go to 1:31 on the video and you get a glance at the police report. The son made the call. The son demanded they comp the entire stay and pay for the relocation stay. The son seems to have been doing all the talking and was very upset and using abusive language. He also sent the manager and the policeman away after a short amount of time. Hmmm as they say.

Yes, it MIGHT be worth it for “entry”, but then, it’s a hotel. I’d insist first with the hotel that they see if it’s their staff (most likely). Is it hard to get to CCTV to check on the hallway? Never mind logs of staff working there. Because technically staff ARE allowed access.
Still, it’s as if they were all upset only because of the word. Dollars to donuts if it was just a strange card left on their dresser they wouldn’t even call the desk, much less police.
Sarasota is a liberal city.
That was my first thought. Whether a hoax or not, it’s a shame that that would be my first thought but there have been too many over time not to have that thought enter our minds.
I hope the hotel doesn’t let this go. The time period is pretty narrow, and it wouldn’t take long to do a search of security cameras to see who was in the hallway and who entered his room at the time this supposedly happened.
