His attorney plans to ask for a sentence of between 9 and 11 years for Wilson. This is in light of his "limited criminal record."

He could theoretically face life in prison for "threatening to disable railroad on-track equipment," and as many as 10 additional years for "possession of an unregistered firearm" in a state case against him.

Not seeing how this is terrorism. An act that might be done for terrorism purposes, yes. Terrorism? No. Terrorism requires a terroristic motivation. It’s part of the definition.
