Last night's Georgia Primary Runoff results is interesting to note the "turn out" voting patterns of both Republicans & Democrats. Most runoff elections feature low voter turn out, as only the die hard base voters come out to vote.
Voter Turn out for Republicans was fairly active, but, Democrat voter turn out was at best rated dismal. Here are the final totals for the Governor (Republican) and two House Districts Democrats:
Republican, Governor, Kemp, 406,638 votes, Cagle, 178,877 votes, Total: 585,515 votes.
House District, 6, McBath, 14,285 votes, Abel, 12,303 votes. Total: 26,588 votes.
House District, 7, Bourbeaux, 7,948 votes, Kim, 7,348 votes, Total: 15,296 votes.
The average number of voters in a Congressional district is about 720,000. As such, a good voter Turn out in total should be about 50,000-100,000 voters.
The Democrats were not even close. Bottom line: Democrat, candidate, Stacey Abrams, running for Governor in Georgia should pocket her campaign money and stay home, because Republican, Brian Kemp will be elected Governor in Georgia and, Georgia will remain Bright RED as will Florida and Texas, come election Day, November 6, 2018. Trump & MAGA wins once again!!!
The Rats are going to be VERY ANGRY on Nov. 7.

“It must be those damn pesky Russians meddling in our elections again!!”
The thrill is gone for the Democrats. So much for the Blue Wave. The far left Communists will not bring out the base.
President Trump is keeping the people excited & motivated with his tweets, addresses to the public, his rallies and America’s successes. People see their lives improving.
We are going to get the majorities we need in November to move forward with the Wall, Immigration reform and the ProAmerica agenda.
I guess Soros didn’t pay Dem voters enough to turn off the tv, get off their arses and vote.
That's b/c Maxine did not show up to motivate the vote.
(cue hysterical laughter machine)
The voting numbers and patterns do not lie. Forget the Pollster Pundits, they do not have a clue. I learned a long time ago to follow the actual voting numbers in primaries, then asking people who they intend to vote for. Methinks, not many Democrats will be pleased come the results on Election day, Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
I called the election of 2016 for Trump, based solely on his political rally performances and voters attending the rallies in massive numbers.
We shall soon see if Obama, Clinton Pelosi, Schumer, Warren, Sanders, Booker, Gillibrand, Ocasio-Cortez, etc. can fill those arenas in form similar to the Trump consistant performance. I think not...not even close!!!
Larry Sabato and his crystal ball are out to lunch. The ‘rat professor from UVa is going to be very disappointed on Nov. 7.
Do we know what the Republican turnout for the Governor’s race was in the two districts with Democrat run offs?
That would give us “head to head” numbers to compare.
Many on our side assume that Democrat pundits who’ve been predicting a Blue Wave actually believed what they were saying. Nobody believed that. They’re just whistling past the graveyard where “-2018” is chiseled on their own tombstones. President Trump has turned their world upside down, and something big is coming.

I agree but it doesn’t apply to yesterday’s election because it was a runoff election. IMHO, the Republicans were fired up for three reasons. They could vote against Cagle, they could vote against Deal, and they could vote for Trump. Some could have been exited about Kemp but I don’t think so.
Look...let’s face it, the Trump Endorsement of Brian Kemp was key to his stunning victory. Kemp most likely would have won the runoff election against Cagle...but... the Trump boost lit up the night sky fireworks for Kemp and the Trump rocket was on its way!!!
Georgia has 14 Congressional Districts. The total vote for the state wide Governor run off election amounts to approximately 42,000 votes per Congressional districts. Compare that number with the totals for the two Democrat Congressional district runoffs. Looks like Democrats will either vote for the Republicans or take the $20 and a bottle of win and sit at home.
these two districts are very GOP and very white. you wouldn’t expect the dem vote to be nearly as large as the statewide average. GreenLanternCorps is exactly right. need to look at past gop and past dem votes in these districts — you would expect the gop vote to be larger. which way did it change?
The Georgia gubernatorial election was yesterday. Brian Kemp is the next Governor, Duncan is the next Lt Gov and Raffensperger is the next Secretary of State. Not is just a formality.
Very low turn-out in Dem District 6 run-off.
In 2017 Jon Ossoff got 124,893 votes against Karen Handel.
Yesterday the total Dem vote in District 6 was 26,588.
All is not well in Democrat Land.
Full-on Civil War breaking out between the Radical Marxist Left and the Clinton Faux-Centrists.
Enjoy the popcorn. And the WINNING!
Larry Sabotage’s Crystal Ball is as accurate as a magic 8 ball...
